It's official--It's a girl!

We had our 19 week ultrasound this morning and got to see our little one again. It is amazing to see all of their little body parts--heart, kidneys, spine, and the cutest little feet!

She was being quite stubborn for us, turning away from the ultrasound wand and being generally uncooperative! She laid on her belly, with her legs bent into a scrunched up little position and her bottom sticking out, as if to say, "Leave me alone!" And I'm sure we will hear that one day in person! Later she had the hiccups and we saw her little stomach jumping on the screen with each one...So cute! She's about 10 ounces, which is just right for her age (so they tell us).

Our ultrasound tech asked us if we wanted to know the sex, and we said YES! She took her time, zooming in and getting a good look, and finally said, "It's a GIRL!"

We are excited for a healthy baby, girl or boy--so YAY!

We will go back for another look in 2 weeks to take some other measurements since she was dodging the paparazzi today and refusing to get all of her photos taken!
